Refund And Cancellation Policy 

If the product you have purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Refunds and replacements will not be offered for change of mind or after 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

By enrolling in a course, either online or in-person, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method. You must pay the total course fees even if you do not complete your course.

You will be eligible for a full refund of fees paid ONLY if The Body Lab cancels the nominated course before the course begins or you have logged in to access the system. 

You will be eligible for a refund of fees paid ONLY if you, the student, decide to cancel within the 7-day money-back guarantee period; please note there is an admin fee of $50 (to cover processing fees/set up fees we incur). 

The Body Lab does not offer full refunds outside of the 7 days under any circumstances due to our significant intellectual property and goodwill. If you have further questions, please get in touch with us at riccardo@thebodylab.au

You can:

  • Opt to transfer to a different course if your chosen course is unsuitable. 

  • Opt to transfer the course to a different person (friend, family or someone interested in taking over the course) 

  • Unlimited Access: so you can return to complete the course at any time *Dependent on the course  

Course commencement 

Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access. 

Limited Access to Online Course

Limited access means that your course access will expire after 12 months. 

Cancellations

As we run a busy clinic, if for some reason you need to move or cancel future appointments, we require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of the full amount of service will be charged. Failure to attend scheduled appointments not only disrupts your treatment progress but also takes the spot of another client who may have been able to attend in your place. We may send out SMS reminders the day prior to your appointment to assist you in that regard.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a full service fee of the missed appointment.
