How it works
Step 1: The Sherlock Holmes Session
AKA the Full Body Assessment
This is where we watch you walk (not in a creepy way), poke a few joints, and ask weird-but-necessary questions about your feet, spine, and possibly your birth story (yes, really).
Expect:
Gait analysis (fancy term for “how you walk”)
Posture check (spoiler: everyone’s a bit crooked)
Foot pressure mapping (like CSI, but for your arches)
Joint mobility testing (because stuck bits = grumpy body)
Then we send you home with a report, a plan, and probably a set of wedges for your feet to move on.
Step 2: The Fix-It Plan
We don’t wing it. We design a custom treatment plan using a mix of:
Skeletal Alignment - Retraining the body to stop doing the limpy-weird thing and start moving like it’s supposed to.
Cranial Therapy - Gentle head work that sounds woo but works wonders—especially for kids with developmental quirks or who had a rough start to life.
Manual Therapy - Hands-on work to get stuck joints unstuck. We’re not cracking you like a glowstick—this is about realignment, not theatrics.
Acupuncture - For nervous systems that are screaming quietly. Mostly used with adults or teens who don’t flinch at the word needle.
How many sessions are we talking?
Most people start with 4–6 sessions. After that, we reassess. No pressure to keep going forever (unless you like us, in which case—yay!). We build a personalised plan based on your goals and needs.
What it looks like:
Session 1: Full body assessment + report + clear plan
Sessions 2–5: Individualised treatments + progress check + at-home support
Optional Add-On: Online course access or 6-month check-in
Outcome: Confidence, less pain, better movement, fewer appointments long-term
“From hobbling in to walking out pain-free—in ONE hour. I’d tried doctors, physios, massage. Nothing worked until Riccardo did. Simple, effective, no nonsense. Just results.”
